Information we collect
When you make an enquiry or commission our services, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, postal or venue address, event date, project details, correspondence, proposal and payment records, and any other information you choose to provide.
Please avoid sending sensitive personal information unless it is genuinely necessary for your commission.
How we use it
We use personal information to respond to enquiries; prepare proposals; plan and deliver floral, event, subscription, consultancy and garden services; arrange deliveries and collections; manage payments and accounts; keep appropriate business records; and meet our legal obligations.
We normally use this information because it is necessary to take steps at your request or to perform our agreement with you, because we have a legal obligation, or because we have a legitimate business interest in administering and improving our services.
Who we share it with
Where necessary, information may be shared with trusted suppliers who help us provide the commission, such as venues, delivery providers, freelance specialists, professional advisers, website or email providers and payment processors. Card payments are processed securely by the relevant payment provider; we do not retain complete card details.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and project information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Financial and transaction records may be retained for the periods required by tax and accounting law.
Photography
We may ask for permission to photograph completed work. We will not intentionally publish photographs that identify a private client, private home or private event without appropriate permission.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your personal information, object to certain uses, or receive a portable copy. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
